Who we are

Coder Troop Agency is a team that builds websites and digital products. For anything about personal data, write to support@codertroop.agency.

What data we receive

Only what you send us through the request form: your name, phone number and message. With the request we keep the page it was sent from, campaign tags (UTM) and technical data used against spam — your IP address and browser type.

Why

To reply to your request, estimate the project and agree on working together. We do not sell this data or pass it to third parties for advertising.

Where the data is kept

Requests are stored on our server in the European Union (Hetzner, Finland) and forwarded to our email. We keep them while they are needed to work with you and delete them on request.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful to visitors. Google receives anonymised visit statistics and may set cookies; you can block them in your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data — write to support@codertroop.agency and we will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page.
